Óscar Frías 

Actual coordinador del grupo. Biólogo y anillador con más de 20 años de experiencia, ha trabajado en instituciones como la Universidad de Alcalá y el Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (CSIC), además de ejercer de coordinador de la Oficina de Especies Migratorias del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente. Coordina una estación de esfuerzo constante en la Laguna de San Juan (dentro del Parque Regional del Sureste) y una estación Paser en Toledo. Para saber más sobre su perfil y sus publicaciones. 

 Actual head of the ringing group. Biologist and ringer with more than 20 years of experience. He worked in institutions as Alcalá University, the National Museum of Natural Science (CSIC), and he also was the head of the ICONA Ringing Scheme in Spain. Nowadays he is coordinating a constant effort site in San Juan Lake (within a protected area) and a station with Paser methodology. To know more about his profile and publications.

Fernando Álamo
El anillador más reciente. Se ha formando con Óscar, y es asiduo de la Laguna de San Juan, aunque también tiene experiencia con otros grupos de aves, especialmente con rapaces. Está interesado en profundizar el conocimiento que se tiene sobre la caracterización de la edad y el sexo mediante medidas biométricas.

The most recent ringer, formed by Óscar. Participant of the ringing in San Juan Lake. He also has experience with other groups of birds, mainly raptors. He is specially interested in the study about how to age and sex through biometric measurements.


Alejandra Toledo

Bióloga y estudiante de máster. Asidua de la Laguna de San Juan. Le interesa el anillamiento como herramienta para aprender más sobre el estado de las poblaciones de aves y las razones de su declive. Tiene experiencia con paseriformes, rapaces y limícolas. Ha colaborado con la Universidad Complutense y con el Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (CSIC). Actualmente  forma parte del laboratorio de Evolución y Ecología Molecular de la universidad de Lund y está realizando la tesis del máster con Caroline Isaksson, sobre el impacto de los micro- y macronutrientes procedentes de la alimentación de origen antrópico sobre la salud de las aves urbanas.

Biologist and master student. Participant of the ringing in San Juan Lake. She is interested in ringing as tool to know more about the state of bird populations and the reasons of their decline. She has experience with passerines, raptors and shorebirds. Previous colaborators are Complutense University and the National Museum of Natural Science (CSIC). Nowadays she is part of the Molecular Ecology and Evolution Lab in Lund University, and she is doing the master thesis with Caroline Isaksson about the impact of the micro- and macronutriens from the antropogenic food on the health of urban birds.
